At age 14, he was already behind the turntables, breakdancing, and performing with the Funky Four Crew—rocking block parties, school events, and park jams with authentic, high-energy sets.

Starting on Technics B1 and D1 belt-drive turntables, Chrome developed a pure analog skill set that would shape his technique for decades. He later transitioned to the legendary Technics SL-1200 series, mastering precision cuts and blends that define his signature sound. As technology evolved, he adapted seamlessly to modern performance standards, now rocking Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus decks while staying true to his roots.
