I’ve been a Dj for over forty years.

As a kid I grew up in the south Bronx in the projects n I always remember guys bringing music equipment n by equipment I mean house speakers n turntables with no pitch control n some thing made by themselves with rotary knobs which were volume controls from old recievers which is now known as a rotary mixer cause back then there were no mixers. So they would set up they’re equipment n start to play nonstop music n got the crowds dancing all night long. It was right then that I knew that that’s what I wanted to be now also known as a DJ. I started to play in Puerto Rico cause at the time its where I was living with a friend of mine doing small partys n then after started playing in clubs
