I began DJing in 2018, and since then I’ve witnessed a constant evolution both in my musical preference and in my DJ style. My greatest strength as a DJ has been that I am constantly challenging myself and learning from the different techniques in DJing from all the DJs I listen to. It has helped my development in the way I DJ. Most of my sets are a journey, a story I am telling. If you know me and know my ways, you will hear it in the music I choose to play. DJing is always evolving and so am I. In 2017, I started listening to Veteran Squad Radio on The Mixlr App. Shortly after I realized the joy the DJs were having. I challenged myself to learn the fundamentals of DJing. The DJs encouraged me and that's when I decided to do it. My family kept telling me that I was murdering music and that I was too old to learn how to mix. With some guidance from DJ Kojak of Veteran Squad Radio. I learned some basic techniques that got me going. I've learned a lot from all the VSR DJs and I am thankful for them. Since then, I've had my own show on VSR and haven't turned back. I don't believe in trying. I believe in doing. I might be young in the DJ world but I have years of true life experiences. Aside from DJing, in the real world, I work in IT. I am a family man and I do everything possible to lead by example. God and family come first. However, music is in my blood.
